LifeLinks was incorporated in 1954 as the ARC of Greater Lowell by a group of concerned and dedicated parents. Since its inception, LifeLinks has been dedicated to being the pre-eminent agency in the Greater Lowell area providing a wide variety of programs and supports for adults and children with developmental and intellectual disabilities and their families. LifeLinks today is a vibrant and comprehensive organization dedicated to provide exemplary service, by exemplary staff, in exemplary ways. Headquartered in Chelmsford MA, our services include group homes, shared living, independent living supports, day habilitation services, a family support center, and basic education.
